Checking out a new church is daunting. Here’s what to expect at Grace & Peace.
We meet every Sunday morning at 10am in Downtown Colorado Springs at The Warehouse Restaurant (25 West Cimarron Street) to worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ through song, preaching of the Word, and sacrament. (Starting May 12, we will have two morning services at 9am and 11am.)
Dress is casual; most people wear jeans and nice shirts. If you are more comfortable in your "Sunday best” or sweat pants, that is fine, too.
As a new person, you will not be called out at any point in the service. But we will try to introduce ourselves and shake your hand. The service has a time of giving financially during the service, which is never required.
We provide both a nursery for ages 0-4, and a children’s ministry for ages 4 through 5th grade. Children stay with parents during the music portion of the service and are dismissed before the sermon. Additionally we offer livestream TV downstairs for nursing moms.
We encourage everyone to join a City Group for a mid-week time to gather, study Jesus-centric material, and “do life together.”
