Children’s Ministries
Vision
G+P seeks to be covenant partners with parents and families as we disciple and instruct our children so that they might know who God is as revealed in the Bible; develop a loving and personal relationship with Jesus Christ; and thereby glorify Him in worship and in service. Read more here.
“Tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise to tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.”

Sunday Morning Services
Upon arrival, you will check in your children at the table to the left. Depending on the age of your children, they will either go to the nursery or children’s church.
NURSERY
Children ages 0-3 are welcome to attend nursery for the entirety of the worship service. The nursery is located downstairs and has two separate classes. While all children are welcome during any part of the service, you may take your children to nursery before the service and pick them up after.
Babies
Children who are not yet stable walkers remain in the baby room where they play, eat a snack, and are cared for.
Toddlers
Stable walkers join the toddler class where they play, eat a snack, are cared for, and learn a short Bible story lesson.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Children 4 years old- 5th grade are welcome to participate in children’s church during the service. Just before the sermon, the children will be invited up to be prayed for before adult volunteers will escort them downstairs for a lesson geared towards their age group. They will be escorted back upstairs in time for communion.
Children’s Church Classes
During the 9:00 am service, there is a preschool class, younger elementary class for Kindergartners through 2nd graders, and an older elementary class for 3rd through 5th graders.
During the 10:45 am service, there is one combined children’s church class.
