Staff:
Vince Hoppe, Pastor
Vince grew up in Alamogordo, New Mexico as the son of an immigrant mother and a military father. He became a Christian while studying at New Mexico State University. He and his wife, Holly, worked in campus ministry for ten years prior to moving to Colorado Springs. They both attended Covenant Theological Seminary, where Vince graduated with his MDiv in 2016. Their love for the Western U.S. drew Vince, Holly, and their 4 children to Colorado Springs to plant a new church and see people continue to be reached with the life-changing message of Jesus. Vince enjoys cycling, fly-fishing, playing with his kids, and hanging out with his wife. He can often be found with his nose in a book at a coffee shop or having conversations with strangers at random places.
Andy & Lesa Brown, Music Directors
Andy & Lesa have been leading church music programs together for 25 years. Prior to moving to Colorado, the Browns and their 3 children lived in Nairobi, Kenya for 7 years as missionaries. Lesa has a Bachelor’s degree in International Ministry with an emphasis in Fine Arts from Sterling College, and a Masters in Theatre Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Andy has degrees in Piano performance and Computer Science from Sterling College and is a Creative Specialist at Compassion International. Their heart is to build up the church by equipping and training musicians and singing great songs that engage the heart, mind and soul.
Kate Pace, Children's Ministry Director and Volunteer Coordinator
Kate is a Colorado Springs native who was raised to love learning, good food, and most importantly, Jesus. She and her husband, Ethan, have been blessed to call Grace + Peace their church home and are excited to raise their son, Theo, with this special community of believers. With a degree in English and Elementary Education from UCCS, Kate has spent the last 7 years teaching while also volunteering in children's and youth ministries. One of her greatest joys is to help children develop a lifelong love for learning about who God is and who they are as covenant children. She loves that these learning opportunities include copious amounts of glue and laughter.
Kendra Kammer, Women's Ministry Director
Kendra has lived in Colorado Springs for most of her life. Previously she and her husband, Steve, were on staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) in Barcelona, Spain, and later in Colorado Springs. They have three boys so they do a lot of hiking, camping, and other active pursuits. Kendra’s greatest hope is that every soul she encounters would see the light of God’s grace.
